Key Responsibilities

•Be the primary legal voice on everything touching external funding, implementing and maintaining debt facilities, and ensuring capital markets activity is properly supported end to end.
•Collaborate with business teams on core lending and merchant cash advance products, field queries from geographies, and provide practical legal answers.
•Own and update contractual templates and playbooks, sharpening them as the business grows and circumstances change.
•Stress-test the legal aspects when launching new products or enhancing existing ones, and manage local counsel across jurisdictions, knowing when to delegate or push back.
•Support the commercial teams in cross-border financing and debt facility structuring, balancing risk with business needs

Key Requirements

•Qualified solicitor with around 3–4 years' PQE in banking and finance
•Solid experience across facility documentation, security structuring, and cross-border financing

•Experience managing local counsel across jurisdictions and coordinating with cross-border teams
•Ability to draft, maintain and sharpen contractual templates and playbooks
