Key Responsibilities

  • •Engage clients in deeper conversations to uncover financial wellness opportunities and deliver customized recommendations in person and by phone.
  • •Open and manage consumer and business accounts, including deposit products and lending products such as home equity and unsecured lending.
  • •Consistently meet individual activity, behavior, and outcome goals and expectations.
  • •Develop partnerships with branch and line-of-business teammates, manage centers of influence, and drive client acquisition and relationship deepening.
  • •Ensure compliance with operational, risk, security, and audit procedures, including proper documentation of client interactions.

Salary: USD 20.67 - 31.25 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent business experience (required).
  • •1+ year of experience developing current and new customer relationships, achieving sales goals, and building referral sources (sales experience prioritized).
  • •Understanding of consumer credit, including loan-to-value, debt-to-income, and credit reports (required).
  • •Foundational knowledge of sales and service techniques such as tele-consulting, outside calling, prospecting, and networking (required).
  • •Working knowledge of PCs (MS Windows and Office including Word and Excel) and digital technology (mobile, apps, web-based browsing) (required).
