Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop, update, and manage the core T&E framework (Analysis Structure, Data Source Matrix, Evaluation Framework).
  • •Define Critical Operational Issues, Measures of Effectiveness, and Measures of Performance, and integrate cyber survivability requirements into operational test scenarios and evaluation frameworks.
  • •Lead and conduct data collection for OT&E events, focusing on enterprise cryptographic infrastructure and secure communications systems, including cyber survivability test activities.
  • •Analyze test event and scan data to identify vulnerabilities and operational impact; manage test data integrity and lead Data Authentication Group sessions.
  • •Author and present T&E deliverables (Quick Look Reports, Final Test Reports, executive briefings) and produce Weekly Activity and Monthly Status reports for stakeholders.

Key Requirements

  • •Master’s degree in a relevant technical curriculum; OR bachelor’s degree with 7 years of specialized T&E, systems engineering, and/or military experience; OR 10 years of relevant experience.
  • •Demonstrated experience in T&E planning, execution, and reporting within the DoD.
  • •Strong technical writing experience authoring T&E documentation (Test Plans, Test Reports, Evaluation Frameworks).
  • •IAT Level II certification (e.g., CompTIA Security+, CySa+, ISC2 SSCP, EC-Council CND, Cisco CCNA Security, GIAC GSEC).
  • •Must already possess and maintain an active Top Secret/SCI clearance and be able to pass a polygraph.
