Key Responsibilities

  • •Assist the HSE Manager in developing and implementing the Jumeirah HSE Management System within the property and producing reports for senior management.
  • •Implement HSE policies, procedures, and guidelines through regular audits and monitor compliance, producing departmental reports.
  • •Handle external contractors, request consultancy services, monitor contracts and schedules, and communicate feedback to colleagues and clients.
  • •Perform administrative activities for the HSE department, including meeting minutes, staff expense processing, and serving as a point of contact for HSE representatives.
  • •Coordinate training and development programs for Group HSE staff and ensure HSE documents, records, reports, and publications are maintained and updated under document control procedures.
