Key Responsibilities

  • •Follow safety guidelines and report unsafe conditions to supervision
  • •Perform routine documented tasks such as hand soldering, standard assembly operations, repairs, and applying coatings/solvents/potting compounds
  • •Complete routine documented testing/calibration, inspection/OBQ, and packaging of finished product
  • •Operate tools and equipment; identify and report damaged or missing tools when necessary
  • •Use Statistical Process Control and Lean Principles, maintain productivity, and keep the work area organized and clean
