Job Summary

Join our Real Estate Consulting team as a Consultant focused on healthcare estate and infrastructure. You will help national health and social care clients assess real estate investment feasibility, develop business cases using the HM Treasury 5-case model, create estate strategies and target operating models, manage change, and collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to influence key decisions.

Key Responsibilities

•Be experienced in the preparation of business cases (SOC / OBC / FBC), estate / property strategies, property target operating models, and change management.
•Hold a relevant real estate industry qualification or experience.
•Have experience in a client side and consultancy environment.
•Have exceptional interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence.
•Have excellent written and verbal communication skills and be confident in managing client relationships.

Key Requirements

•Batchelors degree
•Project Management Qualification e.g. Prince 2 or MSP or equivalent relevant experience
•Business Case Writing Skills or equivalent relevant experience
•Previous experience of working collaboratively and managing change across multi-disciplinary teams
•Project Management planning and organisational skills, including the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
