Key Responsibilities

  • •Be experienced in the preparation of business cases (SOC / OBC / FBC), estate / property strategies, property target operating models, and change management.
  • •Hold a relevant real estate industry qualification or experience.
  • •Have experience in a client side and consultancy environment.
  • •Have exceptional interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence.
  • •Have excellent written and verbal communication skills and be confident in managing client relationships.

Key Requirements

  • •Batchelors degree
  • •Project Management Qualification e.g. Prince 2 or MSP or equivalent relevant experience
  • •Business Case Writing Skills or equivalent relevant experience
  • •Previous experience of working collaboratively and managing change across multi-disciplinary teams
  • •Project Management planning and organisational skills, including the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
