Key Responsibilities

•Perform lease abstraction and audit lease information to maintain data integrity for Lease, License, and Purchase Agreements and ensure key administrative deadlines are met.
•Communicate with landlords, handle escalations, and interpret lease terms so internal teams understand core Landlord and Tenant responsibilities.
•Track property taxes, manage COI (certificate of insurance) collection/distribution, and coordinate utility transfers and setup with third-party vendors.
•Review tenant rent and common area maintenance (CAM) charges, support recurring rent/tax/insurance payments, and fulfill operational “run the business” property management tasks.
•Draft and obtain approval for standard legal notices and landlord-tenant communications under supervision, support lease administration workflow (estoppels, SNDAs, access requests), and prepare operational/financial reports.

Key Requirements

•5+ years of experience in commercial property management (or equivalent combination of experience and education).
•Strong comprehension of lease/purchase agreement language with the ability to interpret provisions and identify obligations, rights, and risks.
•Ability to work independently as a self-starter in a fast-paced environment with multiple deadlines and shifting priorities.
•Ability to understand Landlord vs Tenant responsibilities and enforce compliance, including experience with both lease administration and property management tasks.
•Proficiency with Microsoft Office, G-Suite, and AI tools (including Claude and Gemini), plus working knowledge of Property Works or similar lease management software.
