•Explore Code Agent capabilities suitable for actual business production environments.
•Advance multimodal understanding (video/image/audio/text/code) to better interpret user creations on the TikTok platform.
•Contribute to research and innovation efforts to improve searching, recommendation, and abuse/fraud identification and defense.

Key Requirements

•PhD or Master with top AI conference papers in ML/CV/NLP.
•Strong coding ability with data structures and fundamental algorithms; proficient in C/C++ or Python.
•In-depth ML research experience with an emphasis on Large Language Models (LLMs) and generative AI.
•Strong problem analysis and problem-solving ability with passion for challenging problems.
•Strong communication skills and team spirit.
