Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead change and transformation workstreams, providing guidance and direction to team members and client staff.
  • •Lead delivery of client deliverables such as change strategies, communication and engagement plans, presentations, and reports.
  • •Design and facilitate client workshops and presentations.
  • •Manage client relationships and identify and realise business development opportunities.
  • •Lead or contribute to bid proposal preparation and internal initiatives, including mentoring junior members and line managing where applicable.
