Support the servicing and repair of vehicle-powered transport refrigeration units for Thermo King (UK) customers. Maintain engineer van stock, complete daily vehicle safety checks, manage product/vehicle documentation via PDA, and coordinate with central control/service center on job timing, downtime, and overtime. Work with a Senior Engineer on ongoing training, adhere to ISO9002, health and safety procedures, and prioritize strong customer service.

•Service and repair vehicle-powered road transport refrigeration units.
•Optimize and maintain engineer van stock to support service delivery to TK UK customers.
•Complete daily vehicle safety checks and operate the company vehicle safely, including regular driver checks.
•Maintain product and customer requirements knowledge to meet ISO9002 standards and complete training/self-development via the Certi-Tech process.
•Complete paperwork and online (PDA) requirements, liaise with central control/service center on job timing, downtime, overtime authorization, and keep customers informed.

Key Requirements

•F-Gas qualification (F-Gas 2079) is required.
•Trainee-level candidate with prior engineering experience.
•Strong focus on electrical knowledge and skills.

•Desirable GCSEs in Mathematics and English and relevant electrical or mechanical certificates.
