Create and optimize long-form content across blogs, landing pages, product pages, and website copy to drive organic growth through both traditional search and AI-powered discovery. Join the Demand Generation team, partner with SEO, Product Marketing, and Design to execute an established content calendar, and support social media, campaign messaging, paid advertising, and ABM. Refresh existing content, improve performance via analytics, and help shape how customers discover Hubstaff.

Key Responsibilities

•Create long-form content (blog posts, landing pages, website copy, product pages) that educates customers and drives growth.
•Develop expertise in Hubstaff’s products, customers, and brand voice to produce clear, accurate content.
•Execute an established content calendar with SEO partnership to improve search visibility and AI discoverability.
•Refresh and optimize existing content to improve performance, engagement, and conversion.
•Manage social media and support campaign messaging, paid advertising copy, and ABM campaign messaging.
•Monitor content and social media performance and continuously improve content creation and distribution.
•Collaborate with Product Marketing, Design, and the Marketing team to maintain consistent messaging across touchpoints.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 75,000 - 90,000 annually

Key Requirements

•2–4 years of experience in content marketing, copywriting, content strategy, or a similar B2B marketing role.
•Exceptional writing and editing skills with a portfolio of long-form content.
•Experience writing for B2B audiences.
•Working knowledge of SEO fundamentals and how content supports organic growth.
•Experience publishing content through a CMS such as WordPress (or a similar platform).
