Job Summary

Provide timely, accurate handling of client transactions while delivering a high-quality client experience. Cross-trained to support sales and service activities, you’ll conduct outbound calling, educate clients on digital self-service options (ATMs, Online and Mobile banking), and help advance Integrated Relationship Management (IRM). You’ll also support new account openings and problem resolution, follow risk/compliance procedures, and participate in retail community leadership routines and ongoing training.

•Support the team sales process through outbound calls, checking for client offers, identifying needs/opportunities, and referring clients as appropriate.
•Apply Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) to deliver Truist expertise and solutions aligned to clients’ needs.
•Adhere to internal controls, operational procedures, and risk management policies; support new account openings and problem resolution.
