Job Summary

Lead end-to-end delivery of Operations Excellence and airport projects, from concept and business case through handover. Serve as single point of contact for stakeholder management, define and secure sign-off on Project Management Plans, and coordinate the full project lifecycle. Own testing and acceptance strategy (FAT, SAT, UAT), oversee governance and regulatory alignment, and manage budgets, resources, contracts, risks, and timely reporting.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead end-to-end delivery of Operations Excellence and airport projects from concept and business case through final handover.
•Act as the single point of contact for project delivery, managing stakeholders and resolving issues to ensure collaboration.
•Develop, agree, and secure sign-off of Project Management Plans (PMPs) and coordinate the full project lifecycle from scoping through implementation.
•Define and oversee testing and acceptance strategy (FAT, SAT, UAT) to enable benefits realization, ensuring governance and regulatory alignment.
•Manage project budgets, resources, contracts, variations, and risk/issues, including contingency planning and transparent reporting on cost, schedule, and performance.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction, project management, or related, with 7–10 years of experience in aviation, airports, or complex infrastructure.
•Proven experience delivering complex airport operations, processes, and systems projects end to end.
•Deep understanding of airport operations, industry standards, and regulated environments (e.g., ACDM, TAM).
•Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills at senior levels.
•Strong project governance, financial control, and risk management expertise, with familiarity with tools and methodologies (e.g., PRINCE2/APMP, MS Project, P6, Clarity).
