Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive continuous improvement using Lean and Six Sigma tools (e.g., VSM, root cause analysis, standard work) to improve productivity, quality, and cost.
  • •Design, develop, and optimize manufacturing processes and workflows to support safe, efficient, scalable operations.
  • •Lead engineering changes and deviations to ensure timely, accurate execution with minimal production disruption.
  • •Support NPI by developing, validating, and implementing processes and documentation to meet launch cost, quality, and delivery targets.
  • •Develop and standardize manufacturing documentation, lead PFMEA and risk mitigation, implement error-proofing (poka-yoke), and coordinate corrective actions (8D).

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering (or related fields with strong industrial engineering experience).
  • •5+ years of experience in manufacturing environments focused on process improvement and Lean implementation.
  • •Proven experience leading continuous improvement and cost reduction initiatives with measurable results.
  • •Strong knowledge of Lean tools (VSM, SMED, 5S, Kaizen, Standard Work, Poka-Yoke).
  • •Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP preferred) for routings and BOMs.
