Key Responsibilities

  • •Facilitate stakeholder workshops to uncover requirements, map current-state IAM processes, and identify dependencies and pain points across IT, security, and application teams.
  • •Translate business needs into functional and non-functional requirements and create business process flows and solution design diagrams.
  • •Maintain requirements traceability to ensure alignment between business goals and technical outcomes.
  • •Partner with technical architects and consultants to translate requirements into technical specifications and provide functional oversight during build and QA acceptance criteria.
  • •Support transition and hand-off with change management plans, user training documentation, and hypercare go-live support, then facilitate customer/account wrap-up.
