•Lead, teach, coach and inspire a team of stewards to deliver outstanding service.
•Ensure all colleagues arrive on time, well-groomed and ready to work for their shifts.

•Ensure adherence to proper procedures and standards set by the Executive Chef and the resort.
•Oversee opening and closing shifts and maintain clean, organized, and sanitized kitchens.

Key Requirements

•Minimum leadership experience in a kitchen or stewarding team is preferred
•Knowledge of Food and Beverage and Stewarding is an asset
•Excellent communication and organizational skills
•Ability to take ownership of back-of-house areas and lead by example
•A valid driver’s license
