Key Responsibilities

  • •Support leadership in transforming the Treasury Technology organisation into a highly-skilled, customer-centric value stream.
  • •Develop infrastructure and engineering tools, including cloud computing systems and networks, and implement monitoring and observability.
  • •Establish and grow a cross-pollinating engineering team, define org structure and ways of working, and advise senior executives on transformation strategy.
  • •Introduce engineering excellence practices (e.g., DORA, SPACE framework), coach DevSecOps improvement, and build a blameless culture.
  • •Coordinate innovation initiatives (e.g., hackathons), measure delivery values, and incorporate customer feedback; manage team training and employee voice surveys.

Key Requirements

  • •University degree (or above) in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related discipline.
  • •7-10 years of commercial experience developing backend services and frontend UI solutions, including mentoring teams.
  • •Hands-on understanding of LLM agents and agent workflows, including tool use, planning, memory/state, and evaluation/guardrails.
  • •Practical experience building agents with LangGraph (or equivalent) and implementing coding agents with validation loops, testing, static analysis, and CI/CD integration.
  • •Proven micro-frontends experience and deep web front-end knowledge (Node.js, React.js, JavaScript, CSS, Bootstrap, HTML5).
