Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee the general contractor’s construction activities and collaborate with project stakeholders.
  • •Analyze, track, and manage critical milestone activities to avoid schedule slip and provide schedule status reporting to the project owner.
  • •Verify project governance, processes, and systems are used correctly, and ensure application of best practice across projects.
  • •Monitor progress across multiple construction projects, ensuring approved design standards are applied, and manage interfaces between suppliers via trackers and reviews.
  • •Produce formal project status reports, forecast and update key milestones, manage local design teams, and provide technical support to owners and contractors including rapid RFIs response.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • •Minimum 5+ years of electrical project management experience, ideally in data center construction or with an electrical contractor.
  • •Experience with substation and power distribution systems, and familiarity with MEP design.
  • •Proficiency in the Data Center Commissioning Process (levels 1–5).
  • •Proficiency managing construction documents (BODs, specifications, contract drawings, C/D/E’s, equipment submittals, and RFIs) and using project management tools.
