Key Responsibilities

  • •Teach and lead exam preparation classes for Florida State Construction Licensing exams.
  • •Instruct assigned courses according to the approved course plan.
  • •Provide Roofing and General Contracting instruction primarily in remote formats with occasional onsite as needed.
  • •Engage students, evaluate progress, mentor students, and participate in faculty and curriculum meetings as needed.

Key Requirements

  • •Prior experience teaching pre-license courses in the state of licensure.
  • •Active license in Florida General Contracting.
  • •Teach pre-licensing and exam preparation courses in line with the approved course plan.
  • •Deliver Roofing and General Contracting instruction, primarily remote, with occasional onsite needs.
  • •Create and implement teaching strategies that support students in meeting course objectives.
