Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop business strategies to drive growth, profitability, and competitive success in response to shifting consumer and regulatory demands.
  • •Manage and develop 1–2 analysts through coaching and mentoring to build and retain talent.
  • •Develop and implement new product and pricing strategies for lending products, including product-level modeling/analytics.
  • •Drive credit risk improvements by connecting drivers of future credit trends to historical behavior, creating risk models, and testing hypotheses with monitoring and analysis.
  • •Manage and sequence business intent delivery by building business requirements, executing against product strategy, and overseeing multiple concurrent projects and programs.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 164,800 - 188,100 annually

Key Requirements

  • •At least 3 years of professional experience performing analysis.
  • •Currently has, or is in the process of obtaining, a Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field (or related quantitative field).
  • •Or currently has, or is in the process of obtaining, a Master’s degree in a quantitative field (or an MBA with a quantitative concentration).
  • •Proven decision-making and problem-solving based on analytics with a strong quantitative orientation.
  • •Experience in analysis, financial services, consulting, and people management are preferred (where applicable).
