Job Summary

Drive user lifecycle performance across lending products by using data-driven operations, user segmentation, and retention strategies. Own improvements in activation, engagement, re-borrowing, and lifecycle conversion for CashNow, SNPL, and Easy Cash, while coordinating cross-product initiatives across Risk, Marketing, Product, Data/Tech, and Customer Service. Optimize onboarding and repayment engagement, analyze funnel friction points, support A/B testing, and build dashboards and cohort analysis to track KPIs and LTV.

Key Responsibilities

•Develop and optimize lifecycle strategies to improve activation, retention, re-borrowing, and long-term LTV.
•Design operational strategies for onboarding, repayment engagement, repeat borrowing, and user reactivation.
•Create and maintain user segmentation frameworks and translate insights into targeted operational initiatives.
•Drive cross-sell and user migration across CashNow, SNPL, and Easy Cash, including ecosystem traffic collaboration with BOTIM.
•Monitor KPIs (retention, re-borrowing, conversion, engagement, LTV), build dashboards/cohort analyses, and support A/B testing to improve funnel performance.

Key Requirements

•4–6 years of experience in user operations, lifecycle operations, growth operations, product operations, or related roles.
•Experience in fintech, lending, consumer internet, or ecosystem-based products.
•Strong analytical capability with SQL required (Python is a plus).
•Hands-on lifecycle management, retention operations, cohort analysis, and segmentation strategies.
•Strong project management and cross-functional communication skills.
