Key Requirements

  • •Active DoD security clearance is required prior to start date, with U.S. citizenship required to be eligible for clearance.
  • •Experience leading cross-functional technical teams in software development/integration/test with FPGA and Crypto Module integration.
  • •Working knowledge of embedded software development and use of Rust and Python (or other memory-safe languages).
  • •Ability to guide and lead software development processes and motivate/challenge engineers in a high-performing team.
  • •Experience with Agile development methodologies and typically a STEM degree with at least 10 years relevant experience (or an advanced degree with 7 years).
