Backend Engineer, Growth & Agents

Build and ship backend features for AI-powered customer communication in the Growth pod, including multi-channel outreach agents and configurable email, SMS, and voice workflows. Own technical decisions end-to-end from ambiguous specs through production, partnering closely with Product and Design. Focus on low-latency, high-performance systems as usage scales, while contributing across channels within a small team and gaining significant architecture-level ownership.
