Key Requirements

  • •Around 5-8 years of software engineering experience as an individual contributor.
  • •Strong track record shipping production systems end-to-end and explaining technical decisions and learnings.
  • •Comfortable working through ambiguity to solve problems without predefined solutions.
  • •Strong technical depth with the ability to dive into details rather than speaking in generalities.
  • •Experience with TypeScript and/or Python (plus experience building AI-powered products, conversational AI, communication platforms, or SMS/compliance systems).
