Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

•Deliver vehicles directly to customers’ doors using custom car haulers, providing a great customer experience.
•Load/unload vehicles frequently and inspect the car-hauler to ensure it maintains safe to drive conditions.
•Complete customer paperwork and add thorough notes in the customer tracking system.
•Consistently drive safely and maintain a clean driving record under Carvana’s CMV Driver Qualification policy.
•Follow role qualification requirements, including obtaining a Notary and state-specific licensing within the first 90 days (and other state-specific requirements).

•Ability to perform physically demanding work including loading/unloading vehicles and detailing in indoor/outdoor conditions; stand/walk for extended periods and lift/carry 50 lbs.
•Must be at least 21 years old, possess a valid driver’s license, pass a drug test, and obtain a DOT Medical Card (also obtain Notary and any required state licenses within stated timelines).
