Key Responsibilities

Key Requirements

  • •At least 2 years of customer-facing experience and the ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.
  • •Maintain safe driving habits and a clean driving record in line with Carvana’s CMV Driver Qualification policy.
  • •Deliver vehicles to customers’ doors with custom car haulers and complete customer paperwork with thorough notes in the customer tracking system.
  • •Ability to perform physically demanding work including loading/unloading vehicles and detailing in indoor/outdoor conditions; stand/walk for extended periods and lift/carry 50 lbs.
  • •Must be at least 21 years old, possess a valid driver’s license, pass a drug test, and obtain a DOT Medical Card (also obtain Notary and any required state licenses within stated timelines).
