Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and model building elements using structural drawings/PDFs or hand drafts in Revit.
  • •Create 3D reinforcement models, specifications, and bar bending schedules in Revit Structures.
  • •Set up BIM models to project standards and liaise with client-side Model Managers.
  • •Set up Automation/Dynamo activities where needed.
  • •Agree on drawing strategy, type, size, and drawing numbering; help with CAD/BIM estimation and costing based on client inputs.

Key Requirements

  • •12+ years of experience working on projects independently and as part of a project team.
  • •Knowledge of both structural and architecture outlook disciplines.
  • •Proficiency in Revit environment, including steel, concrete, point cloud, pre-cast, and cast-in-situ working models.
  • •Strong experience in 3D reinforcement Revit structures modelling plus specifications and bar bending schedules.
  • •Good knowledge of industry standards and international codes, and the ability to use Revit Structures standard functions without requiring senior support.
