Key Responsibilities

  • •Build and maintain long-term trusted relationships by delivering personalized, goals-based financial advice.
  • •Develop and implement comprehensive financial plans covering retirement, estate, tax, insurance, and wealth transfer strategies.
  • •Conduct regular client reviews and proactively adjust plans based on life events, market changes, and evolving goals.
  • •Serve as primary client contact, providing ongoing counsel and education for complex financial decisions.
  • •Partner with internal specialists and work with Wealth Administrators/Associates to deliver integrated wealth solutions and meet client service standards.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 125,000 - 175,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •CFP® designation and/or CTFA credential (required or in progress with a defined completion timeline).
  • •Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or a related field.
  • •Minimum of 10 years of experience in financial planning, wealth advisory, trust services, or a related field.
  • •Strong knowledge of financial planning disciplines including retirement, estate, tax, and fiduciary strategies.
  • •Demonstrated ability to build and sustain client relationships with excellent communication and client service mindset.
