Job Summary

Lead a team in an automotive Inspection Center, managing the safe flow of vehicles for repair and ensuring daily, weekly, and monthly production and quality targets are met. Oversee day-to-day operations, coach and develop hourly associates, and manage performance. Review incoming inventory defects, approve repairs or rejections with the Inspection Center General Manager, and train teams using Quality Control standards to minimize re-checks and rework.

Key Responsibilities

•Directly manage and develop a team of hourly associates to achieve inspection center production targets.
•Manage the movement of cars into and out of the Inspection Center safely while meeting production and quality goals.
•Oversee day-to-day team activities, identify strengths and weaknesses, and implement improvements.
•Review and approve mechanical and physical defects of incoming inventory; partner to repair or reject inventory based on repair cost and vehicle quality.
•Train production associates using Quality Control standards to complete repairs effectively the first time and minimize re-checks and delays.

Key Requirements

•High school diploma or GED equivalent.
•Experience using computers.

•Valid unrestricted driver’s license with a clean driving record in the last 3 years.
