Job Function: Program & Project Management (PMO)

Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage and lead ODM/OEM partner programs, ensuring requirements are identified early and aligned to internal development programs.
  • •Build and coordinate an effective customer program team across internal functions to plan, prioritize, and execute customer needs.
  • •Work with customers and functional teams to clarify requirement scope and ensure inclusion in AMD NPI product plans with schedule and functionality delivered as expected.
  • •Define, track, and report major program deliverables, monitoring milestones, risks, and progress to executives from inception to production.
  • •Coordinate product changes (ECNs, BOM, security updates) with customers and internal teams until changes are fully implemented, including managing meetings and documenting action items.

Key Requirements

  • •Advanced experience in technical program management or a similar customer support role.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in computer engineering, Computer Science, or Electrical Engineering.
  • •Familiarity with enterprise operating systems, device drivers, ROCm, firmware, and BIOS.
  • •Knowledge of virtualization software (Citrix, VMWare) and compute tools such as OpenCL.
  • •Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with strong written/verbal communication and negotiating skills.
