•Oversee project priorities and drive technical initiatives from inception through full-scale deployment.
•Develop and maintain a comprehensive technical plan that anticipates future challenges and delivers business impact.
•Collaborate with Infra, SRE, and QA; research and apply new technologies; lead and mentor the engineering team including hiring, training, and career progression.
