•Maintain operational excellence with CRM hygiene, pipeline management, renewal forecasting, and segmentation.
•Collaborate with your mapped Customer Success Manager to leverage usage data and health signals to drive expansion and reduce churn.
•Partner with Sales, Support, Product, and Marketing to route issues and optimize scalable playbooks.

Salary: USD 135,000 - 150,000 annually
