Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the ERP connectivity product domain, including direct ERP integrations and third-party aggregation platforms.
  • •Define product vision, roadmap, and success metrics for ERP connectivity, including build vs. buy decisions.
  • •Translate partner and business needs into API requirements and work with backend engineers to deliver reliable, scalable integrations.
  • •Manage dependencies with external ERP providers and aggregation platforms, ensuring production readiness and maintainable documentation.
  • •Act as the primary internal product contact, collaborate across Sales, Partnerships, Customer Success, and Compliance, and engage external partners/vendors on integration requirements and timelines.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of Product Management experience (L4) or 7+ years (L5).
  • •Strong experience with APIs, integrations, or platform products.
  • •Direct experience in ERP or accounting software integrations (e.g., Sage, QuickBooks, NetSuite, Xero) and/or ERP aggregator platforms (e.g., Codat, Merge, Apideck).
  • •Comfort working with technical teams on complex data models and workflows.
  • •Proven ability to manage external dependencies and third-party vendors.
