Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Real Estate, Urban Planning, or related field plus 8 years of experience in land development, infrastructure, or project management (or equivalent).
  • •Demonstrated experience with colocation and hyperscale data center projects.
  • •Proficiency with data center operations and site development and construction processes.
  • •Ability to support large-scale initiatives and cross-functional teams while managing multiple projects independently.
  • •Knowledge of environmental assessments, zoning regulations, land use planning, and utility infrastructure portfolios.
