Key Responsibilities

  • •Build and manage Microsoft relationships with client C-suite and Accenture Account Leadership across one or more priority accounts.
  • •Develop and implement a Microsoft strategy to realize and track business benefits across client account(s).
  • •Act as a trusted advisor by using deep Microsoft product knowledge and consulting expertise to originate and expand Microsoft work.
  • •Direct cross-functional teams to design complex, tailored Microsoft solutions (products, services, and contractual terms) aligned to client needs.
  • •Oversee bid responses and drive account growth through renewal strategies, pricing/risk controls, and retention-focused engagement.

Key Requirements

  • •7+ years of customer management and/or enterprise sales experience driving growth in a service-based sales environment.
  • •7+ years demonstrating ability to lead a multidisciplinary team configuring and delivering complex Microsoft solutions aligned to client strategy.
  • •Experience in the Retail and Travel industries.
  • •Familiarity with the Microsoft technology stack; foundational or higher-level Microsoft certifications strongly preferred.
  • •5+ years working with the required industry verticals and articulating Microsoft’s differentiation story versus at least one other major cloud provider.
