Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform complex BIM and Plant Data-Centric modeling for MEP systems using tools including Revit, Intergraph SmartPlant, and Plant 3D.
  • •Develop, manage, and maintain accurate BIM models for MEP systems across project lifecycles and ensure compliance with standards, quality, and deadlines.
  • •Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless MEP integration and resolve design conflicts via clash detection.
  • •Develop and enhance BIM content libraries and parametric families for MEP components, supporting MEP design optimization for constructability and performance.
  • •Generate quantity take-offs, schedules, and documentation from BIM models; lead BIM standards and support automation tools and workflows while mentoring BIM modellers and teams.

Key Requirements

  • •Diploma in Engineering, Architectural Technology, Building Services, or a related discipline.
  • •Minimum 15 years of experience in MEP BIM modeling, coordination, and project delivery.
  • •Demonstrated experience with BIM software, particularly Autodesk Revit MEP, AutoCAD MEP, and Navisworks.
  • •Proven experience managing BIM teams and coordinating multidisciplinary project environments.
  • •Strong understanding of MEP systems design principles, coordination processes, and BIM execution planning, including clash detection.
