Key Responsibilities

  • •Close KYC processes end-to-end, from collecting documents to the final submission, without escalating at every step.
  • •Advise product and technical teams when selecting and integrating payment providers, including API, webhooks, and reconciliation questions.
  • •Monitor cash flow, review limits and reserves, and optimize holds and payouts to keep business funds moving without delays.
  • •Ensure payment and regulatory compliance, including PCI DSS.
  • •Prepare materials and directly participate in business development discussions and communication with acquirers.

Key Requirements

  • •Understand the full online transaction flow, from checkout through processing and acquiring to settlement.
  • •Know KYC/AML onboarding steps, including document verification and sanctions screening.
  • •Pay close attention to details by finding discrepancies in payment reports and reconciliation.
  • •Confidently work in Excel, including formulas and pivot tables to analyze payment data.
  • •Communicate in English (written and verbal) and independently drive KYC case closure to outcomes.
