•Collect, organize, and transform data for end-user comprehension and navigable visualizations.
•Define key metrics and build executive-facing dashboards to track business progress and priority initiatives.
•Track business levers, establish cause-and-effect, and communicate findings to support data-driven decisions.
•Partner with Risk, Product, and Marketing; support product launches using test/control plans and ongoing performance monitoring.

Key Requirements

•Master’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in a quantitative field such as Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, or Information Science.
•4+ years of progressively responsible experience in data science or a related occupation.
•Experience with databases, spreadsheets, and statistical tools, plus SQL, Python, data mining, and BigQuery analytics (Google Cloud).
•Experience designing, executing, and analyzing experiments for product and feature launches.
•Experience with causal inference and synthesizing complex data into actionable insights and narratives, including data visualization with Tableau.
