Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide local EDX (Energy Dispersive X-ray Spectroscopy) algorithm engineering expertise and support algorithm matters at the customer site.
  • •Diagnose and troubleshoot algorithm-induced issues (e.g., measurement error, data reliability, correlation, and matching) at customer locations.
  • •Guide newly implemented algorithm features and train account apps; support algorithm and utility bug fixing.
  • •Collaborate with algorithm development groups in PDC & AMIND for algorithm integration in large systems considering HW and SW aspects.
  • •Improve tool performance through gap mapping and performance analysis, and deliver software specifications and production code to meet project milestones.

Key Requirements

  • •Master’s degree and above with a strong theoretical foundation.
  • •More than 3 years of hands-on experience in Physics and Spectrum Data Analysis.
  • •Strong understanding of probability, statistics, and Signal Processing algorithms.
  • •Strong skills developing with MATLAB and Python.
  • •Fluent English (verbal and text) and ability to work independently and collaboratively.
