Key Responsibilities

•Engage with customers to deliver outcomes across the lifecycle, collaborating cross-functionally to ensure a unified customer experience.
•Provide Day-2 support for Cisco products and solutions, leveraging AI and automation to ensure performance and satisfaction.
•Serve as a focal point for proactive problem resolution across Cisco technologies.
•Lead optimization of Cisco services and solutions aligned with customer goals.
•Develop and deliver technical content, customer-facing documentation, and knowledge-sharing assets; mentor other engineers.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a technical field (e.g., Computer Science or Information Technology).
•6+ years of experience in technical consulting, design, deployment, and troubleshooting.
•Strong knowledge of L2/L3 networking protocols and technologies including VPC, STP, HSRP, OSPF, EIGRP, and BGP.
•Hands-on experience with Cisco Nexus 2K/5K/7K/9K platforms.
•Knowledge of overlay and SDN technologies such as VXLAN, BGP EVPN, Cisco ACI Fabric, and Cisco SDN programmable network solutions.
