Key Responsibilities

  • •Define the Test Strategy & Test Plan documents and design test cases to prepare testers for UAT.
  • •Conduct end-to-end testing and oversee test planning, execution, defect tracking, and progress reporting using test management tools.
  • •Understand banking application business area and requirements to ensure appropriate test coverage.
  • •Manage User Acceptance Testing (UAT) in both Agile and Waterfall delivery environments; coordinate SIT and UAT across multi-phase projects.
  • •Collaborate with Business Analysts and QA teammates to ensure quality and timely delivery of testing milestones.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 2+ years of relevant experience.
  • •Experience with JIRA, Confluence, Unix, UAT, SQL queries, Mantis, Data Migration.
  • •ISTQB Certified Tester – Foundation Level (CTFL) is nice to have (candidates working toward it are encouraged).
  • •Banking domain experience OR Insurance/Financial Services industry highly preferred.
  • •Fluency in Mandarin OR Cantonese is a MUST.
