Serve as Spellbook’s in-house legal expert and product strategist, partnering with Customer Success, Product, and Sales to ensure transactional lawyers get real value from the AI copilot. Map customer workflows, configure Spellbook, translate feedback into product enhancements, and support onboarding through training, documentation, demos, RFPs, and webinars/CLEs. Help customers troubleshoot workflow issues and develop scalable playbooks and thought-leadership content.

•Partner with legal teams to map existing transactional workflows and configure Spellbook to fit naturally.
•Translate customer feedback and workflow requirements into clear, actionable product features and enhancements.
•Support onboarding and ongoing success with Customer Success, joining calls, demos, and RFPs as a legal expert to drive adoption.
•Create scalable playbooks, configuration guides, training materials, documentation, and thought-leadership content.
•Represent Spellbook in webinars, CLE sessions, and industry events; troubleshoot workflow issues and refine best practices.

Key Requirements

•Qualified lawyer with 3–5 years of transactional experience, ideally with exposure across law firms and in-house teams.

•Strong product instincts and ability to self-start, build, iterate, and drive outcomes independently.
•Comfortable working cross-functionally with product, engineering, sales, and external customers; strong presentation and communication skills.
