Job Summary

Provide first-level support to end users for hardware, software, and network issues across IT systems and applications. Assist with installing, configuring, and maintaining end-user computing devices and software, troubleshooting desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices, and peripherals. Monitor network and server alerts, execute service/change requests, coordinate with vendors, and log incidents in the ticketing system while continuously improving support procedures.

Key Responsibilities

•Provide first-level support for hardware, software, and network-related issues to end users.
•Assist in installation, configuration, and maintenance of end-user computing devices and software.
•Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems with desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices, and peripherals.
•Monitor and manage alerts for network and server performance and ensure prompt resolution.
•Document and track support requests/incidents in the NTT ticketing system and coordinate troubleshooting with customers and vendors.

Key Requirements

•Diploma, degree, or relevant qualification preferably in IT/Computing.
•Equivalent work experience in IT helpdesk/customer service/customer support.
•Open to consider fresh graduates and candidates without an IT background.
•Bilingual Japanese and English (reading, writing, speaking), with non-native candidates at Advanced to fluent (minimum JLPT N2).
•Flexible to work shift patterns (including possible 12-hour shifts) and strong communication/problem-solving skills.
