•Develop advertiser-facing product solutions to ensure successful signal lifecycle and build signal infrastructure handling large volumes across channels.
•Build products for signal integration, management, and insights.
•Design, build, and maintain scalable, future-proof foundations for data collection and data quality.
•Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, data scientist, UX, compliance) to continuously improve measurement.
•Implement privacy-protecting measurement technologies and mentor junior software engineers and interns.

Salary: USD 264,514 - 450,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Master’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science/Engineering, Information Systems, Data Science, Mathematics, or related field with 2 years related work experience; or a Bachelor’s degree with 5 years progressive related work experience.
•Experience designing and analyzing end-to-end randomized controlled trials (RCTs) for causal impact of advertising strategies, including sample sizing, experiment integrity, and result interpretation.
•Experience developing and maintaining high-performance, real-time metric computation systems using C++ with accurate tracking and low-latency processing at large scale.
•Experience creating and optimizing scalable data processing jobs using Apache Spark to handle petabyte-scale advertising logs and produce aggregated datasets.
•Experience designing and implementing microservices and distributed systems in Go, and monitoring/improving stability, latency, and scalability of big data pipelines and serving systems.
