Key Responsibilities

  • •Supervise and coordinate the accounting team’s daily operations; deputize for the Director of Finance and represent the department in ExCom and owner interactions.
  • •Lead month-end and year-end financial closing, including general ledger reconciliations and preparation of P&L, balance sheet, and variance analysis reports.
  • •Manage budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow activities, including cash/bank reconciliations, FX exposure, and P&L reviews with department heads.
  • •Enforce compliance with USALI, corporate policies, local tax regulations, and internal audit requirements; design and monitor internal controls to protect hotel assets.
  • •Oversee working capital and CapEx through AR aging/credit policies, AP payment schedules, and capital expenditure tracking and asset/project accounting.
