Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure physical stock tallies with book balances, including receiving consignments (air/sea) and verifying parts correctness.
  • •Update stock and system records, assign bin and secondary locations, and schedule timely binning for new receipts.
  • •Generate claims for shortages and damages and ensure settlement; inspect and authorize returns back to store locations.
  • •Scrap parts not sale-worthy after required approvals, maintain service-level data, and support monthly submissions of principal receipts and local purchase data to Finance.
  • •Coordinate parts procurement from ordering through stocking, maintain fleet/forklift/equipment scheduling, perform perpetual inventory fortnightly, and ensure housekeeping and safety measures.

Key Requirements

  • •High/Intermediate school completion.
  • •5 years experience in stores.
  • •Alternatively, a tertiary level qualification in stores or inventory management with 3 years experience.
  • •Experience handling store/inventory processes and records.
