Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead, mentor, and empower an accounting team to execute daily financial operations, month-end closes, and reporting accurately and efficiently.
  • •Oversee general ledger (GL), accounts payable (AP), accounts receivable (AR), fixed assets, and consolidation across group entities and global subsidiaries.
  • •Drive accounting process improvements by establishing SOPs and leading system automation to enhance efficiency and reporting accuracy.
  • •Research and periodically adjust accounting treatments to reflect evolving standards and business needs.
  • •Oversee internal/external audit engagements, transfer pricing, and global tax compliance across multiple entities to ensure regulatory alignment.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • •8–10 years of progressive accounting/finance experience, including a proven people management or team leadership track record.
  • •Strong hands-on knowledge of IFRS and multi-entity group consolidation.
  • •Experience redesigning accounting processes and implementing/automating finance systems (e.g., ERP).
  • •Fluency in Mandarin, strong professional written and spoken English; CPA or equivalent is preferred.
