Key Responsibilities

  • •Assemble and test pneumatic, hydraulic, and fuel valves, couplings, and other equipment to aerospace quality standards.
  • •Observe Health & Safety and COSHH procedures during assembly and testing.
  • •Assemble using engineering drawings and company procedures, including drilling and locking.
  • •Run production acceptance test schedules using test media such as oil, water, kerosene, and Skydrol.
  • •Accurately complete test report paperwork and support the team with investigations and problem-solving exercises.
