Store Team Lead

Lead a store team to deliver outstanding customer experiences using Crocs’ C.H.A.R.M service model. Support day-to-day store operations across POS management, customer service, merchandising, product placement, visual presentation, and stockroom tasks. Manage assigned-area activities by delegating and following up, while working with store management to achieve personal and team sales goals. Serve as a brand ambassador and ensure compliance with asset protection and inventory control procedures.
