Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead maintenance teams for predictive and preventative maintenance, machine repairs, and safety training.
  • •Plan and schedule maintenance in collaboration with production, developing and implementing maintenance systems (e.g., TPM, SOPs).
  • •Troubleshoot equipment failures, provide day-to-day support, and lead resource planning in the manufacturing environment.
  • •Maintain maintenance KPIs and provide regular status reports to the maintenance management team.
  • •Ensure maintenance tasks comply with USDA regulations and maintain accurate records; provide continuity when key personnel are absent.

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field plus 2+ years of relevant experience, or equivalent education and experience.

  • •Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • •Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
