Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the advocate lifecycle by running onboarding and checking in at 30, 60, and 90 days to catch confusion or gaps early.
  • •Hold regular office hours to provide an available presence for questions and real-time help with tricky patient situations.
  • •Track advocate metrics closely to understand performance, identify high performers, and share approaches for recognition.
  • •Help advocates navigate patient issues and determine the right next step when advocates hit a wall.
  • •Build and refine protocols and improve training materials by turning recurring issues into repeatable playbooks and closing training gaps.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: CAD 40,000 - 50,000 annually
