Key Responsibilities

  • •Travel to patients’ homes throughout the assigned service area and manage your day independently.
  • •Provide scheduled preventative and diagnostic services including blood draws, vitals, height and weight measurements, and urine collection.
  • •Support Annual Wellness Visits and additional clinical services as needed.
  • •Prepare for each day by reviewing your schedule and ensuring proper supplies and PPE.
  • •Accurately document each visit and properly label, handle, and transport specimens for lab drop off or shipment.

Key Requirements

  • •Strong phlebotomy skills, including experience with challenging sticks.
  • •Patient-facing healthcare experience as a Phlebotomist, Medical Assistant (MA), LPN, or LVN in home preferred.
  • •Current BLS certification.
  • •Valid driver’s license and current auto insurance, with a personal, reliable vehicle.
  • •Availability Monday–Friday, 7:00 a.m.–3:30 p.m., including ability to drive before 7:00 a.m.
